At Bevington Primary we place a strong emphasis on providing a balanced education through the organisation of appropriate enrichment activities beyond the school day. We actively encourage pupils to participate in clubs outside of the school day and run a wide variety of exciting and interesting after school clubs every term for EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils.
We offer a wide range of extra-curricular sporting activities at Bevington. The majority of the clubs on offer are run by our specialist PE staff and some are run by high quality external providers. Our pupils also engage in after school friendly fixtures against other local primary schools. In addition to this our PE staff also run clubs to develop pupils PE skills in both KS1 and KS2.
External providers also help to provide further opportunities for all pupils to be active and develop at sport including Wall Ball UK, Sports Inspired and Taekwondo club.
Extra-curricular clubs at the end of the school day start at 3:00pm and finish at 4:00pm.
We are always looking to offer even more extra-curricular clubs and welcome suggestions from the pupils and parents.
Instrumental Lessons
We currently offer instrumental lessons in a range of instruments.
These take place weekly and are led by our fully-qualified instrumental teachers, all of whom are professional musicians.
Any parent wishing their child to attend instrumental lessons should speak to Miss Faiers or collect a leaflet from the office. All lessons are offered at extremely competitive prices.
